Hope this helps you guys.

"Body Preparation: Acquiring your subject is up to you. For best results and health, freshness is imperative. A living human incaptivity is optimal, but not always available. When possible make sure the animal has no food for 48 hours, but plenty of water. This fasting helps flush the system, purging stored toxins and bodily wastes, as well as making bleeding and cleaning easier. Under ideal conditions, the specimen will then be stunned into insensitivity. Sharp unexpected blows to the head are best, tranquilizers not being recommended as they may taint the flavor of the meat. If this is not possible without exciting the animal and causing a struggle (which will pump a greater volume of blood and secretions such as adrenaline throughout the body), a single bullet through the middle of the forehead or back of the skull will suffice.

Hanging: Once the animal is unconscious or dead, it is ready to be hoisted. Get the feet up first, then the hands, with the head down. This is called the "Gein configuration". Simple loops of rope may be tied around the hands and feet and then attached to a crossbar or overhead beam. Or, by making a cut behind the Achilles tendon, a meathook may be inserted into each ankle for hanging support. The legs should be spread so that the feet are outside the shoulders, with the arms roughly parallel to the legs. This provides access to the pelvis, and keeps the arms out of the way in a ready position for removal. It's easiest to work if the feet are slightly above the level of the butcher's head.

Bleeding: Place a large open vessel beneath the animal's head. With a long-bladed knife, start at one corner of the jaw and make a deep "ear-to-ear" cut through the neck and larynx to the opposite side. This will sever the internal and external carotid arteries, the major blood vessels carrying blood from the heart to the head, face, and brain. If the animal is not yet dead, this will kill it quickly, and allow for the blood to drain in any case. After the initial rush of blood, the stream should be controllable and can be directed into areceptacle. Drainage can be assisted by massaging the extremities down in the direction of the trunk, and by compressing and releasing, "pumping", the stomach. A mature specimen will contain almost six liters of blood. There is no use for this fluid, unless some source is waiting to use it immediately for ritual purposes. It acts as an emetic in most people if drunk, and it must be mentioned here that because of the eternal possibility of AIDS it is recommended that for safety's sake all blood should be considered to be contaminated and disposed of in some fashion. It is not known whether an HlV-infected human's flesh is dangerous even if cooked, but this is another item to consider when choosing a specimen, someone in the low-risk strata.

Beheading: When the bleeding slows, preparation for decapitation can be started. Continue the cut to the throat around the entire neck, from the jawline to the back of the skull. Once muscle and ligament have been sliced away, the head can be cleanly removed by gripping it on either side and twisting it off, separation occurring where the spinal cord meets the skull. This is indicative of the method to be used for dividing other bones or joints, in that the meat should generally be cut through first with a knife, and the exposed bone then separated with a saw or cleaver. The merits of keeping the skull as a trophy are debatable for two principal reasons. First, a human skull may call suspicious attention to the new owner. Secondly, thorough
cleaning is difficult due to the large brain mass, which is hard to remove without opening the skull. The brain is not good to eat. Removing the tongue and eyes, skinning the head, and placing it outside in a wire cage may be effective. The cage allows small scavengers such as ants and maggots to cleanse the flesh from the bones, while preventing it being carried off by larger scavengers, such as dogs and children. After a sufficient period of time, you mayretrieve the skull and boil it in a dilute bleach solution to sterilize it and wash away any remaining tissue.

Skinning: After removing the head, wash the rest of the body down. Because there is no major market for human hides, particular care in removing the skin in a single piece is not necessary, and makes the task much easier. The skin is in fact a large organ, and by flaying the carcass you not only expose the muscular configuration, but also get rid of the hair and the tiny distasteful glands which produce sweat and oil. A short-bladed knife should be used to avoid slicing into muscle and viscera. The skin is composed of two layers, an outer thinner one with a thicker tissue layer below it. When skinning, first score the surface, cutting lightly to be sure of depth and direction. The diagram of the skinning pattern is an example of strip-style skinning, dividing the surface into portions easy to handle. Reflect the skin by lifting up and peeling back with one hand, while bringing the knife in as flat to the skin as possible to cut away connective tissue. The external genitals present only a small obstacle. In the male the PENIS and scrotum can be pulled away from the body and severed, in the female the outer lips skinned as the rest of the body. It is important to leave the anus untouched at this point, and a circle of skin should be left around it. You need not bother skinning the hands and feet, these portions not being worth the effort unless you plan to pickle them or use them in soup. The skin can be disposed of, or made into fried rinds. Boil the strips and peel away the outer layer, then cut into smaller pieces and deep-fat fry in boiling oil until puffy and crisp. Dust with garlic salt, paprika and cayenne pepper.

Gutting: The next major step is complete evisceration of the carcass. To begin, make a cut from the solar plexus, the point between the breastbone and stomach, almost to the anus. Be very careful not to cutinto the intestines, as this will contaminate the surrounding area with bacteria and possibly feces (if this does happen, cleanse thoroughly). A good way to avoid this is to use the knife inside the abdominal wall, blade facing toward you, and making cautious progress.

Make a cut around the anus, or "bung", and tie it off with twine. This also prevents contamination, keeping the body from voiding any material left in the bowel. With a saw, cut through the pubic bone, or "aitch". The lower body is now completely open, and you can begin to pull the organ masses (large and small intestines, kidneys, liver, stomach) out and cut them away from the back wall of the body.

For the upper torso, first cut through the diaphragm around the inner surface of the carcass. This is the muscular membrane which divides the upper, or thoracic, and the lower abdominal cavities. Remove the breastbone, cutting down to the point on each side where it connects to the ribs, and then sawing through and detaching it from the collar bone. Some prefer to cut straight through the middle, depending on the ideas you have for cuts in the final stages. The heart and lungs may be detached and the throat cut into to remove the larynx and trachea. Once all of the inner organs have been removed, trim away any blood vessels or remaining pieces of connective tissue from the interior of the carcass, and wash out thoroughly.

Remove the Arms: Actual butchering of the carcass is now ready to begin. Cut into the armpit straight to the shoulder, and remove the arm bone, the humerus, from the collar bone and shoulder blade. Chop the hand off an inch or so above the wrist. Most of the meat here is between elbow and shoulder, as the muscle groups are larger here and due to the fact that there are two bones in the forearm. Another way of cutting this portion is to cut away the deltoid muscle from the upper arm near the shoulder (but leaving it attached to the trunk)before removing the limb. This decreases the percentage of useable meat on the arm, but allows a larger shoulder strip when excising the shoulder blade. Purely a matter of personal preference. Cut into and break apart the joint of the elbow, and the two halves of each arm are now ready for carving servings from. Human flesh should always be properly cooked before eating.

Halving the Carcass: The main body is now ready to be split. Some like to saw straight through the spine from buttocks to neck. This leaves the muscle fiber encasing the vertebrae on the end of the ribs. The meat here however is tightly wrapped about the bone, and we find it more suitable (if used at all) when boiled for soup. Thus, our preferred method is to completely remove the entire backbone by cutting and then sawing down either side from the tailbone on through.

Quartering the Carcass: The halves may now be taken down, unless your preparation table or butcher block is very short. This is inadequate, and you will have to quarter while hanging, slicing through the side at a point of your choosing between rib cage and pelvis. Now is also the time to begin thinking about how you would like to serve the flesh, as this will determine the style of cuts you are about to make. These will also be greatly affected by the muscular configuration (physical fitness) of your specimen. First, chop the feet off at a point about three inches up from the ankle. The bones are very thick where the leg connects to the foot. You will want to divide the side of meat into two further principal portions: the ribs and shoulder, and the half-pelvis and leg. In between is the "flank" or belly, which may be used for fillets or steaks, if thick enough, or even bacon strips if you wish to cut this thinly. Thin and wide strips of flesh may also be rolled, and cooked to serve as a roast. Trim away along the edge of the ribs, and then decide whether you will cut steaks from the flank into the thighs and rump, and carve accordingly.Cutting the Top Quarter: Although not actually 25% of the meat you will get, this is designated as one-fourth of the carcass as divided into major portions.

You may trim away the neck, or leave it to be connected with the shoulder, or "chuck". The first major step with this mass is to remove the shoulder blade and the collar bone. The best and easiest way we have found is to just cut along the outline of the shoulder blade, removing the meat on top and then dislocating the large bone. To excise the collar bone make an incision along its length and then cut and pry it away. Depending upon the development of the breast, you may decide it qualifies as a "brisket" and remove it before cutting the ribs. In the female the breast is composed largely of glands and fatty tissue, and despite its appetizing appearance is rather inedible. The ribs are the choice cut of the quarter. An perennial favorite for barbecuing, you may divide into sections of several ribs each and cook them as is, divide the strip in half for shorter ribs, or even carve rib steaks if the muscle mass is sufficient.

Cutting the Lower Quarter: This is where most of the meat is, humans being upright animals. The muscle mass is largest in the legs and rump. The bulk is so comparatively large here that you can do just about anything with it. The main pieces are the buttock or rump and the upper leg, the thigh. Our typical division is to cut the leg off at the bottom of the buttock, then chop away the bony mass of the knee, at places two to three inches away in either direction. Before doing this, however, you may want to remove the whole calf muscle from the back of the lower leg, as this is the best cut in its area. The upper leg is now ready for anything, most especially some beautiful, thick round steaks. The rump will have to be carved from the pelvis in a rather triangular piece. The legs attach at the hip at a forward point on the body, so there will be little interference as you carvealong the curve of the pelvis. Remaining meat will be on the thighs in front of the pelvis.

And that's basically it. An average freezer provides plenty of storage space, or you may even wish to build a simple old-fashioned smokehouse (just like an outhouse, with a stone firepit instead of a shitter). Offal and other waste trimmings can be disposed of in a number of ways, burial, animal feed, and puree and flush being just a few. Bones will dry and become brittle after being baked an oven, and can be pulverized. "

And that's it!.

... for an interesting blog post.

I came to a realization the other day:

High school in the next year will come closer and closer to ending.
I've been thinking REALLY hard what I will be doing after I finish and (hopefully) get a GED.

What career to pursue?

I've been drawing since my elementary school days and It would be very nice to have a career in
animation, however... nowadays, I find myself going into periods of momentary doodling hiatuses.
I haven't finished a "complete" sketch in months. Just a while ago, though, I drew my own profile and I can see I still sorta' "have it".

I don't if you can call a good or great artist. I've gotten mix reviews from people over the years and it would seem like I'm the master of art. I KNOW inside, though, I'm not too great.

I stick to a pseudo-realism style. It comes out very colorful at times. Sometimes, however, it doesn't. What's funny is that I have this really odd skill of almost perfectly reproducing other people's art on my own paper. You can almost call it an exact copy. This, however, is one of my main problems:

I lack originality.

It's hard for me to create anything on my own. I can't draw anything without looking at a reference point beforehand. Hopefully that changes as time goes by and I learn to draw certain parts without the need to look at someone else's work of art. But, anyways, let's move on...

I've been working with Computers for about 3-4 years now. Been using Photoshop on and off for just as long.

Computing is probably one of those things I'm very comfortable with. I'm not a long-time user, though. I received my first PC as a Christmas gift around late '03; early '04. I've learned to maneuver this brilliant piece of hardware all on my own. (Well, with some help from my brother.)

I remember it was my brother who first introduced me to Photoshop. PS7, to be specific.
It was back when he and I used to lurk over at G4tv.com's forums. (Way back, just before TechTV and G4 merged.) He would usually use PS for the making of user forum art signatures.

I remember the first time I ever used PS.
I was confused to say the least. It had a very odd lay-out at the time and I had really no idea what I was doing. Needless to say, the first signature I've ever done for anybody looked like complete crap. All I did was pile on some images into a 400x150 or so sized image document and get to filter-whoring.

That was a long time ago, though. Now I consider myself VERY good.
Looking back now at my older works, I don't know what I was thinking. Now, though, I understand just about every part of PS; I know basic commands by heart. (Some advanced) I know what tools do what, I know what goes where, etc... I'm very comfortable using PS and helping anybody willing to learn.

I wouldn't call myself a teacher, but I think I could teach somebody a thing-or-two about how to use the program efficiently.

And last but not least...

I'm really, REALLY, really interested in the Culinary Arts.

Cooking! Something about it is just so... Interesting. Not to mention very useful.
Food Network along with some cooking-oriented image boards have sparked my interests.
I would very much enjoy a career in cooking. I can imagine it now! Working at a prestige and highly praised restaurant, going home and preparing my own 5-star meal. Damn.

However, I'm still not 100% how I would even begin to follow these types of careers.
College/Universities that specialize in these subjects are very expensive (I imagine they are, anyways.). I come from a low-to-middle income family. So who knows how I would be able to afford a single course.

But, anyways... Still few years to think about these, but I just felt the need to share my story.

Christmas is just 'round the corner.
WHAT AM I GETTING?! You ask? As far as I know, nothing. I've been pissing my parents off too much this year so they decided to punish me. Yep, no presents this year.

I'm actually not too bummed. I've got everything I've wanted up to now.
CS3, a decent computer, a very nice ISP. A nice TV in my room. I'm happy. They're probably just teasing me, though. Something tells me they might just hand it off to me once the day comes.

My grades, my grades... I'm not doing too well. Mostly really low scores on tests.
I'm charismatic with classmates and teachers. I guess I just need to focus on my classwork a bit more. A winter dance is coming up at my school. I don't see why I should go this year. Seems no boy is interested this time around.

Maybe I should ask a boy to go with me? Nah. I'm far too shy and lazy.
So, what's going on this holiday with you?

For the past couple of months I've been lying to some of you kind people of NGs.
I am sorry, but I guess I'll come out with it - I'm really a girl. Since birth, really.

I guess I just wanted to see how it would be, passing myself off as a dude worked alright. But now it's boring. No one ever notices me; only when I make outrageous or flameful posts. (Sorry if I offended anybody in the past. :'()

I guess my slate is clean. However, I'm not fully going to come out with it. Most people won't even notice, so I'll just let them figure it out by reading this news post. Until next time, BYE!!!! :D

School Days happens to be one of the better things I stumbled upon this summer.
An anime with so many suspenseful twists, it literally chokes you into watching the next premiering episode.

For starters, if you don't know what School Days is, wikipedia should be some help.

School Day's Review

There's 3 sections. to this review. Before you go on to read section 1, Read section 3 about section 1 of this review.

I. Over-View
School days, the one thing that just make this series brilliant is the constant "whoa" moments. First there's the cheating, then more cheating, some mis-leading openers and nail-bitting endings.

So, it's high school and Makoto has a crush on a girl that he sees everyday on his way to school.
He has never spoken to her, but he knows he loves her very much. Sekai, one of Makoto's class room friend soon discovers that Makoto is crushing on a girl. She sets up a meeting at lunch with Makoto, herself and the girls he's crushing on, Kotonoha. After a couple of meetings, Sekai encourages Makoto to make his move and ask her out. Everything is fine from there, she says yes, they go on a date or two. Just fine.

The troubles start once Sekai says that Makoto owes her for what he has done. Soon after, she sneaks a quick kiss. Makoto is left wondering. Etc, etc, etc... Let's skip to the good parts.

Days later, Kotonoha invites Makoto to the pool. A couple of friends tag along as well, as foes Sekai.
It's in this episode where Makoto reveals he loves Sekai but doesn't know about Kotonoha. He still digs her but doesn't want to break up. After a long talk with Makoto, Sekai tells him off saying "We're just friends." and all that mess. Makoto is stubborn and thinks he can win over Sekai.

After a somewhat depressing and long montage, Makoto finally texts Sekai telling her to meet her at the train station. She's in bed wondering what she should do. Go with Makoto and fool around behing Kotonoha's back or stay at home and ignore it. She decides and leaves her house to the station.

This is when the first jaw-dropping moment occurs. On previous episodes, Kotonoha made it clear that she really wants to be with Makoto. She's the one making viewers hope that their relationship will last.

So now after all of Kotonoha's determination; Makoto and Sekai are at the station, he starts to grope her, takes her back her apartment and nails her. BIGFUCKINGWHAT.

Episodes go by with Sekai feeling depressed and guiltful for doing such things behind Kotonoha's back. She makes it seem like she's about to explode, tell Kotonoha about what's been going on and end it. However, Makoto convinces her it's nothing wrong. She says they have to tell her soon or fear for the worst. Makoto, by now loosing more than half of viewers sympathy agrees but lies and says he did.

Makoto never told Kotonoha about the cheating. But that didn't matter, an episode later - She finds out on her own. She finds them quickly kissing in a subway car as it maneuvers away. She's in shock. It seems now that Sekai is at her worst times ever. It was a surprise when Kotonoha stopped by at Makoto's apartment to ask him if they wanted to spend time together. I never really got into it, but soon after Makoto started cheating, their time together was starting to get VERY, very low.

So the story carries on, it's now time for the School Festival. Before the festival is done,
there is a folk dance. In this folk dance it is said that whichever couple dances during this time, they will stay together forever.

Let me get into how Kotonoha tries to get Makoto to dance with her at the festival. (I will be going ahead in the story a bit.) First, during the visit to Makoto, she asks him. He implies a "yes" answer. This is the time when she found out he was cheating. Then, realizing that the his secret relationship won't die down anytime soon, she tries to woo him with what would be implied as sex. She gets on the train with him, and since she hasn't spent time with him in a LONG time, that is what she tries.

However, it is later revealed that he didn't accept her invite. Now, the last way she tries is just a straight face-to-face. But fails. This was also around the time where Kotonoha started hearing rumours about there split-up. A guy that has a huge physical attraction to her called Taisuke tries to ask HER to the dance because he also heard they had split-up. She tells him they haven't split up and not to believe it. During this time, Makoto is outside spying with a girl from her class called Nanami. (They were in a storage supply room getting tools 'n' such.) Kotonoha feels the need to run to Makoto to see what really is going on, but the girl Makoto was spying with tells her off. To her it seemed like she was trying to hook-up with Taisuke.

Which, at the time, Nanami's friend Hikari liked Taisuke and thought she was trying to make Makoto jealous... (Or something like that.)

A couple other girls ask him but it seems he really only says yes is to Sekai.

So it's the School Festival's festival eve. Classed are trying to out-sell each other/ Preparing. BLAH, BLAH. Let's skip on threw... Makoto is found sleeping in a classroom, hinting that he is very tired from all the activities. Setsuna finds this a perfect time to sneak a goodbye kiss.

Setsuna, I never told you about her 'till now. Let's go into a quick over-view of her.
She's short, confident and not afraid to keep others away to refrain from hurting her friends.
She's the one that keeps question Makoto if he has broken up with Kotonoha. (An episode or two before the Festival's eve, Sekai makes breakfest for Makoto. Once they arrive at school, he mentions it and people assumed they were now going out. [read my notes section for a bit info on some parts of this over-view.])

Setsuna wants to keep Kotonoha away from Makoto becuase to her - It seems like Kotonoha is trying to get back together with him but in reality, he never broke up with Kotonoha. Setsuna reveals that the reasons she keeps heckling Makoto about this is because she was moving away and that she doesn't want her close friend (Sekai) to get hurt.

Now, let's jump back into the story over-view. So, yeah. She sneaks a kiss but doesn't realize Kotonoha was standing outside of the classroom watching. She is stunned. Kotonoha pleads to her, "why?". Setsuna just wanted to do it as a way to say "goodbye" 'cause she was moving away.

Now, it's the School Eve and another girl is found cheating with Makoto.
Her name is Otome, a long time friend of Makoto. She is in a group involved with bullying Kotonoha.
Episodes before she revealed that she liked Makoto but Kotonoha stated that he was her boyfriend so she backed off for a bit. So now it's the school festival and she feels she needs to come out with it, she confront Makoto and asks if she can tag along with him during the festival's events. A montage of them having what appears to be a great is shown.

They head inside and gets split-up from Makoto because he still needed to help with the some of the activities. Right before she was about to come clean. They meet up again and she spills it. Makoto, being a guy that thinks with his cock, runs off with her to the student "lounge." (Some dark room couples pay to get some intimate time together.) It's not known if they had sex, to me it seemed like they did. But others might disagree. But, that's irrelevant.

So now it's the After School Festival party. This is where the dance takes place. I never said this before but Makoto said he'd attend the dance with all the girls he hooked up with. (Sekai, Kotonoha, and Otome [With Otome, it was later put-off because they didn't think it would be right being seen together yet].) In the scene following, it shows him dancing with Sekai, not with Kotonoha. Kotonoha is left in an empty classroom waiting for Sekai. He never arrives.

Instead Taisuke does. He tells her he went with Sekai. She's in disbelief. Taisuke feels it's the right moment to tell her that she loves Kotonoha. He grasps her and yells. "I love you". END OF EPISODE.

So in the following episode nothing really happens with Kotonoha and Taisuke, (not said yet, anyways.) She heads outside to see if what Taisuke was saying is true and it was. He spots them dancing infront of a fire. They kiss and she starts to cry.

During this episode, Setsuna is moving away and Makoto doesn't know what she did to him during the festival. Him and Setsuna are throwing away all the garbage from the night before. Kotonoha was also doing so with her class. They meet outside at a garbage fill and invites him to spend time. Setsuna, being defensive tells her they have something going on that day.

Now, before Kotonoha sees them at the garbage fill Setsuna has another talk with Makoto.
She wonders if he really has broken-up. He tells her that his actions will lead her to it, but never really broke-up. She demands he do so. So now, let's get back to what's happening. Kotonoha asks him if he's avialible next week, this is when he finally breaks the ice. He tells her he doesn't love her anymore. This is when viewers get a hint of a possible "bad end." As this episode concludes, she's seen glaring at kitchen knives at her home.

The same evening, Setsuna invites Makoto over. He tells her that she doesn't want any other girl to get involved. Makoto ask if she's doing this for her friend or because she loves him too. Then he pretty much starts kissing her. Setsuna tells him that she'll do anything with him, but needs to break-up with all the girls he's currently with.

The next afternoon, Sekai is desperatly trying to find Makoto after watching Otome get busy with him on a vouyer camera some girls had set-up in the lounge. She see Kotonoha heading towards her. Tells him he's not at his house. She's next scene with blank-eyes. The Episode ends.

(Going to finish the rest once the final 2 episodes are released.)

II. Review
I love this series. It's the best thing I stumpled upon during my summer break.
The suspense, and drama and constant cliffhangers have got me hooked.

The characters - Makoto, the womanizer. The guy that cheated on every girl that he found attractive or the other way around. By the 9th episode, people were hoping for a bad end for him like in the h-game. (Read the wikipedia page about this.) A two-timing asshole is what you can pretty much say everybody thinks of him. The fact that Kotonoha still wants him even after being exposed.

Kotonoha is pretty much one of the main reasons I kept watching. The fact that she was really physically attractive and innocent at the same time had me asking myself. "Why would cheating even come to mind when someone like this is with you?" I feel sorry for her, though. I felt she needed to end it before she got the other end of the boot. I felt sudden liberation when it was hinted that she would probably later go off and kill Sekai and Makoto.

However, the series has yet to conclude and with only 2 episodes left - It's a must watch.

The funny things that caught my attention was the mis-leading opening in episode 10. Episode 9 ended with a Taisuke holding Kotonoha in his arms telling her that she loves her. So when the next episode started, you see her ribbon on the floor, a close-up of her thigh and Taisuke blushing in the moment all while hearing odd brushing sounds. It hasn't been revealed if they went off to have sex to spite Makoto or not but hopefully they'll give some clue as to what might've happened.

On the other hand, it would seem like nothing happened 'cause the next day, although Taisuke felt really happy, he was later put down because of Makoto telling him he's still with her. So nothing probably happened. :O

This series is great and I'm aching to see the final 2 episodes. You should catch it too. Once the series is done, I'll continue on my review and over-view.

III. Notes
Yes, I know that my over-view is really sloppy. I know I did not mention character's actions enough. I know some of the events didn't happen like I said, but were VERY similar. This was a review I just started writing. I haven't planned it, nor have I written a draft so it's bound to have mistakes. and I know it will once the series is done, but I'm not going to change it. Just read the wikipedia entry for a better over-view of the episodes.
